Description

Battleship Grey Recycled Garage Floor Tile – RAL7011/7012

This Battleship Grey tile is moulded from 100% recycled PVC. The material is sourced from post-industrial sectors and repurposed for durable indoor flooring.

Each tile is produced in the UK and features a raised disk texture. The T-joint connection allows each tile to lock in place without fixings. Once installed, the joins are tight and consistent.

These tiles are used in garages, workshops, utility areas and commercial environments such as storage rooms and factory stores. They can handle static and rolling loads, and are easy to fit, clean and trim where needed.

Please note: These recycled garage floor tiles are only compatible with Puzzlink ramps and edges made from recycled PVC.

Battleship Grey (RAL7011/7012) provides a neutral finish that suits both light and dark interiors.

As a recycled product, the shade can vary slightly between batches. Please see the Important Information tab below.

Important Information

These tiles are designed for indoor use. If the space is unheated or exposed to temperature changes, adhesive may be needed. Contact us if you’re unsure whether they are suitable for your area.

Orders over 15m² are shipped on a pallet. If your delivery location has limited access, please let us know when placing your order.

Some tyres may cause marks due to a chemical reaction with the PVC. This is not a defect and may be more visible on lighter tiles. It is common across most tile types.

Avoid dragging sharp items across the floor to prevent surface damage. Clean regularly using mild detergent and warm water.

Colour and batch variation
Our recycled tiles are moulded from post-industrial recycled PVC. Because the raw material is reclaimed rather than newly made plastic, the shade can vary slightly from one production batch to the next. This is a normal characteristic of recycled material and is not a defect. For the most consistent finish, order all the tiles you need in a single order, and before fixing anything in place, dry-lay a mix of tiles from across your delivery so any small variation is spread out evenly rather than grouped in one spot.

How to Install

Store the tiles in the room for 24 hours before installation to allow them to adjust to temperature. The floor must be clean and dry before starting.

Lay the tiles from one corner of the space and tap each one into place using a rubber mallet. Use a jigsaw or hand saw for cuts as needed. Leave a 5–10mm gap at the edges to allow for expansion.

No adhesive is required unless you are installing in an area with high temperature changes.

FAQs

What are these recycled garage floor tiles made from?
These tiles are made from 100% post-industrial recycled PVC. The material is tough, easy to clean and designed for long-term use indoors.

Where can I use these tiles?
These interlocking floor tiles are suitable for garages, workshops, utility rooms and commercial spaces such as factory stores and storage areas.

Are the tiles easy to fit and remove?
Yes. The T-joint interlocking system allows quick installation without adhesive. You can also lift and reposition the tiles if needed.

Can I clean them with standard products?
Yes. Use warm water and a mild detergent to keep the surface clean. No special cleaning products are required.

Are the tiles water-resistant and safe to use indoors?
Yes. The tiles are water-resistant and do not produce strong odours. They are safe for use in domestic and commercial indoor areas.

How many tiles will I need?
Each tile covers 0.25m². Measure the space and divide by 0.25 to calculate the quantity required. You can round up to allow for trimming.

Will all the tiles be exactly the same shade?
Our tiles are made from reclaimed PVC, so the shade can vary slightly from batch to batch. This is normal for a recycled product and does not affect how the tiles perform. Ordering everything you need in one go gives the most consistent result, and dry-laying a mix of tiles from across your delivery before you fix them helps blend any small differences across the floor.
