This Battleship Grey ramped edge is made from 100% recycled PVC and designed to fit perfectly with Puzzlink recycled floor tiles. Each piece measures 585 mm in length and 7 mm thick, providing a smooth, tapered transition between tiled areas and surrounding floors.
Manufactured in the UK from post-industrial recycled PVC, these longer ramped edges are tough, durable and easy to install. They interlock seamlessly with Puzzlink recycled tiles, helping to create a professional finish while reducing trip hazards and allowing wheeled equipment to move easily on and off the tiled surface.
Ideal for garages, workshops, utility spaces and storage areas, the 585 mm ramped edge provides extended coverage — perfect for doorways, thresholds and perimeter transitions where a standard 500 mm ramped edge may not be long enough.
Please note: These ramped edges are only compatible with Puzzlink recycled floor tiles made from the same recycled PVC material. Because they’re produced using 100% recycled PVC, some pieces may show light surface patterns from the moulding process. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect fit or durability — a small sign of the recycled materials used.

How to Install
Store the tiles in the room for 24 hours before installation to allow them to adjust to temperature. The floor must be clean and dry before starting.
Lay the tiles from one corner of the space and tap each one into place using a rubber mallet. Use a jigsaw or hand saw for cuts as needed. Leave a 5–10mm gap at the edges to allow for expansion.
No adhesive is required unless you are installing in an area with high temperature changes.
