Description

This black recycled ramped edge is made from 100% recycled PVC and designed to fit perfectly with Puzzlink recycled floor tiles. Each piece measures 500 mm in length and 7 mm thick, providing a smooth, tapered transition between tiled areas and surrounding floors.

Manufactured in the UK using post-industrial recycled PVC, these ramped edges are strong, durable and easy to install. The interlocking design allows them to connect seamlessly with Puzzlink recycled tiles, creating a professional finish that reduces trip hazards and improves access for wheeled equipment.

Ideal for garages, workshops, gyms and storage areas, these ramped edges provide a safe, tidy finish at entrances, doorways and perimeters.

Please note: These ramped edges are only compatible with Puzzlink recycled floor tiles made from the same recycled PVC material. Because they’re produced using 100% recycled PVC, some pieces may show light surface patterns from the moulding process. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect fit, performance or durability.

The black colour (RAL9005) offers a sleek, practical look that helps reduce the visibility of dust, dirt and tyre marks.

Important Information

These tiles are designed for indoor use. If the space is unheated or exposed to temperature changes, adhesive may be needed. Contact us if you’re unsure whether they are suitable for your area.

Orders over 15m² are shipped on a pallet. If your delivery location has limited access, please let us know when placing your order.

Some tyres may cause marks due to a chemical reaction with the PVC. This is not a defect and may be more visible on lighter tiles. It is common across most tile types.

Avoid dragging sharp items across the floor to prevent surface damage. Clean regularly using mild detergent and warm water.

How to Install

Store the tiles in the room for 24 hours before installation to allow them to adjust to temperature. The floor must be clean and dry before starting.

Lay the tiles from one corner of the space and tap each one into place using a rubber mallet. Use a jigsaw or hand saw for cuts as needed. Leave a 5–10mm gap at the edges to allow for expansion.

No adhesive is required unless you are installing in an area with high temperature changes.
