Black Recycled Garage Floor Tile – RAL9005
This black interlocking floor tile is made from 100% recycled PVC, using post-industrial material from sectors including automotive and construction.
Each tile is moulded in the UK with a raised disk surface to provide grip underfoot. The tile edges feature a T-joint connection that locks into place by hand. Once installed, the joins are barely visible, giving a neat and continuous look.
These tiles are suitable for domestic and commercial spaces. They’re used in garages, workshops, gyms, utility rooms and factory stores where heavier static or rolling loads are common. Tiles require no adhesive, can be trimmed to fit and are easy to clean and maintain.
Please note: These recycled garage floor tiles are only compatible with Puzzlink ramps and edges made from recycled PVC.
The black colour (RAL9005) helps reduce the visibility of dust, dirt and tyre marks.
How to Install
Store the tiles in the room for 24 hours before installation to allow them to adjust to temperature. The floor must be clean and dry before starting.
Lay the tiles from one corner of the space and tap each one into place using a rubber mallet. Use a jigsaw or hand saw for cuts as needed. Leave a 5–10mm gap at the edges to allow for expansion.
No adhesive is required unless you are installing in an area with high temperature changes.
